You are purchasing a digital file.

I'll only work with visual references of your character. unless a custom fee is paid.

You have the right to publish, use and promote the commissioned artwork wherever you want, as long as due credit is given to the artist and it is not used for commercial purposes

The artworks are meant for personal use/non-profit use only, wich means you're not able to use it for Youtube videos, twitch assets or stream, merchandise, etc. For commercial purposes, a commercial fee must be paid.

I reserve the right to post the illustration and/or the process on my social media. This includes to use your commission as my banner or profile/avatar picture

If you don't want your commission to be posted, I'll charge a privacy fee

Please make you order direct, simple and precise as much as possible, with minimal abbreviations, to make the note easy to read and optimize the work

If you saw an artwork in my gallery that inspired you to request my services I would appreciate if you mention it in the form!

Delivery time:

Elaboration time may vary due the client's response time or number of adjustments.

TAT starts once the sketch has been approved by the client.

You will receive a png file of the drawing sent via Discord, Google Drive, sta.sh link or your email.

I can offer a refund ONLY if I have not started working on your commission.

Once the commission has started, there is NO REFUND. Please avoid using personal situations to request a refund

The money the clients are going to use to commission me must be money that is outside of any emergency need, this measure is in place so that both the client and the artist are protected, situations that are not related to me are not applicable to request a refund

Prices may increase for complex design, custom, extra elements (guns, jewellery, etc) privacy fee, commercial use, etc.

Payment in advance (I only start working after you paid 100% of the price upfront)

In the case that we come to an agreement about making the payment in parts, I'll only start the commission after the first deposit has been done. I'll need the next deposit before I send any WIP. And the commission must be fully paid before I deliver the finished work. This payment plan is only available for commissions over 300$ and regular clients.

For commission requests and payment, I use Vgen

I'll only do up to 3 minor revisions or changes when it's in the sketch phase.

Once the sketch is approved, you have 3 free minor modifications to use when it is still in the early phase (e.g. change hair color).

If you want to make any more revisions after the limit you will be charged an extra fee of at least $5 for each one depending on the complexity.

If there's a mistake that is my fault for missing some details from the references/design I'll fix it and they won't count for the revision limit.

You will receive WIP's throughout the whole process to check colours, poses, etc. You are free to request a WIP at any time, but please restrain from spamming about the commission status.

NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.

Please do not claim the artwork as yours, I hold the rights over my artwork and will always be the original creator of it.
